KONTROL 49

This is a useless post really but anything to keep the forum alive eh?

So here I have my KONTROL 49, think this one was made in 06. I think it might be ex-pend

Physically it's in ok condition. Few bashes and chips and scratches to the case, worn buttons/sliders. Sticky on the sides and back (same places as where Rob used to put tape on his). It looks gigged...

Worn, yellowed pads (they usually go like this if subject to cigarette smoke)

Thoughts? Any serial numbers of live equipment I can check it against? Or am I just being stupid again

As far as I remember Rob gave his Korg to a fan on last live gig in Australia. You got it all way back from Aussie?

^But surely he had multiple. In theory, it could be an old one of Robs. But it is doubtful I'd have said

Yeah he did have a few of them. He still used one in the studio in I think late 2012 which was after he gave one to a fan. And the one used at Brixton was a different one to the one he gave away.

I think he got a new one every tour and used old ones as backups

This one wasn't exactly working correctly when I got it. When I opened it, it looked like a fanta had been spilled in it
