Nova Rock Festival 2011 Videos

Just found on Youtube loads of decent sound quality videos from Pendulum's recent Nova Rock festival performance.
Worth checking out.

I asked Rob on Twitter yesterday if Voodoo People is off the setlist, this is his reply:

@garymiller89 off the setlist for UK shows and eventually all shows

Yeah, but oh well, you know how mister Swire is. Pretty sure he's having a bad day again.

I am no musician so I would have no clue what else to call it other than a sample (that he plays live). :-)

Then again, this is a festival, so the playlist must be about 6 to 8 songs.... right? Have voodoo people mixed with blood sugar makes an interesting combo while including voodoo people..

Though to be fair, i would call him a twat too if he said i was playing samples rather than actually playing the music. THough yeah it is unkind

Am I the only one who, gonna get bollocked for this, is actually quite happy that Voodoo and FYs are gone? I never really liked them live. Blood Sugar should go too

then Slam too.. But probaby it'll stay little longer because of new intro (made year a go) and Sawkas jungle switch

I see where you (and him) are coming from but in no way I meant it insulting. Just didn't know another way to put it. But you know, who cares?

I love Blood Sugar and hope they keep it. What are they gonna replace it with anyway? They don't have anything new, unless they keep adding stuff from Immersion or add back some stuff from In Silico.

Maybe it was my imagination, but Ben sounds really "evil" and sounds like he's growling a lot of the time in this set. I like it!

I can't believe how derogatory he can be towards fans sometimes...all well and good saying it's a "joke" afterwards but primadonna behaviour surely doesn't help the fanbase

^To all the above, i didnt say he was trying to be insulting, buts that would be an immdiate reaction, its like someone saying you're cheating, the first thing you do is deny it and slag off the person who said it

And blood sugar is boring live, and if im honest on the cd too. Slam is good live, they do a lot with it, it has energy

Blood sugar is, it's just boring... And way too overplayed. they could play so much better songs, like granite or tarantula. FYS and Voodoo were to me the same
