Ultra Music Festival

I just saw this and didn't know if anyone has posted anything about it.

Pendulum are playing at Ultra Music Festival in Miami at the end of March.

It's a fucking amazing lineup.

Me and 5 mates going to miami for this one, cant wait. Was soo happy to see pendulum doing a live gig out there as opposed to just a dj set. Think they played live out there a couple of years back? Maybe someone can help answer that. Hoping they will be on one of the bigger stages! Be interesting to see what kind of set they play considering its mainly an electronic music festival. Ill be sure to take some pictures and videos and share them on here. Also good to see subfocus doing a live set out there. The one and only time i saw him was warming up for pendulum at wembley and his set would have been so much better if it had been louder, so hopefully at ultra he will have the full sound system and his show will be even better.

And pendulum are mostly an electronic band, with some guitars and fast beats

Well I was thinking that they would play more of their non vocal more rave orientated tracks such as slam, blood sugar, FYS, vulture as opposed to crush, encoder, witchcraft. But a sarcastic answer is what I've come to expect on this forum.

I suppose it'll depend on how long a set they get. But I expect they will play all the tracks you listed

For everything that could have been, well at least we took the ride....

hmm. doubt it. i wasn't being sarcastic, seeing as the likes of the klaxons and empire of the sun are playing, i think pendulum will just do a normal festival set.

I wasn't sarcastic either. How else can you describe their sound other than Electronic? Maybe, Rock-rooted Electronic

They will play the normal set unless there are serious time restraints. So most of Immersion, with the well known tracks: PN, BS, VP, FYS, Granite.

With lighting and audio being so key to the show there isnt massive room for variation unless its something really special and pre planned.

Definitely send some pictures/vids our way if you manage to get any.
