i keep singing the old lyrics and stopping to realise its changed tho. |
Yeah same!
I liked the old lyrics better, but change was expected, and it's still good! :D
Just so excited for May now! |
Personally i prefer the new version lyrics, although that is perhaps because after an hour of listening to the track, i decided to check out the
lyrics and it would appear that the lyrics i posted are pretty much correct, i was chuffed with my attempt at figuiring out the lyrics.. In particular
liking the 'Feed The Fire! Break Your Vision! Throw Your Fists Up! Come on With Me! bit
"The Sounds of my Creation at my Door".

Just had a look on Rob's FB page, a lot of people not liking the new version of watercolour.
"The Sounds of my Creation at my Door".

Good tune.
I prefer the new version. The use of these horns and the new lyrics improved the track a lot imo.

i had a thought about the live show. someone posted that it would be difficult but i think ive figured out how they will work it.
if you listen to watercolour there isnt any guitar (not that i could hear) but there is 2 sets of synth. im thinking the backing synth will become a
guitar riff following the same chords as the synth tune. would work well.
what do you think?

i think your right... either that or perry will be taking up a z-tar programmed to work as a guitar for certain tracks
i could actually see them vip'ing alot of tracks live now as it would add a new flavour to the live show.

the added rock edge it gains. fasten your seatbelt being a good example

I like the melody of the song, so the change of the lyrics doesn't affected me.
The only problem is that I have to re-learn it lol.
